The Blade Depot offers a full range of mixing and dispersing blades which are available in a variety of materials of construction such as: Carbon Steel, 304, 316, 316L and 440 Stainless Steel, Carbide Coated Steel, Aluminum and Polyblades in Urethane, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, PTFE, Nylon, Polypropylene, and PEEK including anti-static materials. The blades are drilled to fit all mixer and disperser designs including split blades and blades with collar & set screw hubs. Pharmaceutical grade and Food grade blades are available. Additional chemical and/or mechanical polishing and passivation is available.  Custom designs and large volume injection molded designs can be manufactured. All blades are available with smooth ground welds, no markings, passivation, manual polish, electropolish and mirror finish.
